Guided tour for identifying edible wild plants

Duration: between 1hour 30 minutes and 3 hours
Tour: 2 to 5 kilometers
Difficulty of the route: low
Purpose: Participants will be able to identify between 20 and 50 wild edible plants of the season.
It is a walking tour where participants will learn to identify up to 50 common plants of the dry climate.
During the route, the guide will explain the morphological features of each plant, their harvesting period, their culinary uses and, briefly, other ethnographic information such as magical and technological uses or literary references.
Groups: Maximum 20 people except for school groups. Children must be accompanied by an adult. It is possible, upon request, to adapt the content for students, school groups, families, etc.
The schedule is adapted depending on the time of year.
