Much of the water for sanitary use comes from rainwater that is collected in the large stone cistern. Heating and hot water use energy from <strong>solar thermal panels<\/strong> and the <strong>biomass boiler.<\/strong> Despite the limitations in the house&#8217;s electricity consumption, it is a pleasure to be able to enjoy a house very close to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.un.org\/en\/climatechange\/net-zero-coalition\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">zero emissions.<\/a> You can request a <strong>guided tour<\/strong> of the facilities.
