RESERVATION PROCEDURE
To formalize the reservation of the house you must make a payment and deposit of 30% of the amount, the rest of the payment will be made by transfer or upon arrival at the house. The accommodation will be occupied exclusively by the number of people booked.
TOURIST TAX
Due to the regulations that regulate tourist establishments (Law 5/2012, of March 20, on fiscal, financial and administrative measures and the creation of the tax on stays in tourist establishments), the tax on the stays in tourist establishments additional to the rate, which means that €0.60/pax/night + 10% VAT will be added to this
CONTRACT CONDITIONS
- This accommodation is rented in its entirety (the entire house).
- It is considered a special season, Easter, St. John’s Day, Theater Fair, Christmas and New Year. The rest of the year is considered normal season.
- During the months of July and August, priority is given to stays of one week. On weekends the minimum stay is two nights. Non-holiday weekdays, it can be one night only from Tuesday to Thursday.
- A cot is available at no additional cost for children under two years of age.
- A pet is accepted (must be communicated before making the reservation).
- The pool is open during the summer season. Please note that during the summer season we will have to access the pool area in order to carry out its maintenance. Customers will be notified beforehand.
- The customer accepts that in the face of unforeseen circumstances, attention from the property may not be immediate. For this reason, the client is informed that an attempt will always be made to provide an answer as quickly as possible in the face of any unforeseen circumstances.
- The owner is not responsible for items lost or forgotten in the house. However, if it finds them, it will inform customers.
- The customer will have to prove both his identity and that of his companions, with ID, Passport or equivalent documentation, and will sign the necessary documents for registration. People staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia must be registered. (Article 2 of Order IRP / 418/2010, of August 5, on the obligation to register and communicate to the General Directorate of the Police of people who stay in lodging establishments located in Catalonia) .
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
- The Casa de la Torre del Codina is a delicate and sustainable rural house that works with batteries that accumulate energy from the sun and wind.
- The availability of electrical energy is limited as it is not connected to the electrical grid.
- Lights that are not in use should be turned off and electricity consumption should be minimized, especially at night when the sun is not shining.
- The pavements in the outdoor patio are made of natural stone and care must be taken not to stain it with oil or grease.
- Powerful music amplifiers cannot be used because we are in a protected natural space and an express authorization from Medi Natural would be required.
- It is forbidden to throw glitter, confetti or microplastics, which are highly polluting products.
- We recommend that you use the biological cleaning products that you have at your disposal, in the bathroom and in the kitchen, to avoid contamination of waste water.
- Do not leave any taps open and save on consumption.
- Smoking is only allowed in the inner patio area of the house with ashtray.
ENTRY AND EXIT TIMES
For weekend bookings:
- Entry: Friday afternoon (time to be agreed)
- Departure: Sunday before 6:00 p.m. (other options to be agreed)
For whole week booking:
- Entry: Monday at noon from 1:00 p.m
- Departure: Sunday before 1:00 p.m
