Oven: Cooking on fire
One of the attractions of Torre del Codina is that you can use the fire made with oak wood or coal to cook food.
Cooking and baking food as it was done in the 18th century, on the grill or in the bread oven, enhances the flavor of the food and allows for an intense and rewarding experience.
The use of wood for the ground fire or for the bread oven must be communicated in advance to the property and a small amount must be paid for the consumption of wood or coal.
The oven has the particularity of being original from 1753 and being put into operation just as it was done 270 years ago.
