Sales and cancellation / return policy
1. Reservation Policy
- To confirm the reservation, full payment or the corresponding deposit must be made at the time of booking.
- The booking will not be considered firm until payment has been received and confirmation has been sent by email.
2. Payment
- Payment can be made by credit/debit card or bank transfer.
- In case of bank transfer, the reservation will remain pending until receipt of proof of payment.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation up to 15 days before the stay : Full refund of the payment made.
- Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before the stay : 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be refunded.
- Cancellation less than 7 days in advance : No refund will be made, unless another reservation can be found for the same period.
4. Modifications of the Reservation
- Date changes are subject to availability and possible rate changes.
- It is recommended to give as much advance notice as possible to ensure flexibility in changes.
5. Non-presentation
- In case of no-show on the day of arrival, the total amount of the reservation will be forfeited without the possibility of reimbursement.
6. Causes of Force Majeure
- If there are causes of force majeure that prevent the stay (such as government restrictions due to a pandemic, natural disasters, etc.), the possibility of changing the dates of the reservation or making a partial refund will be assessed, depending on each case.
I. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION POLICY
Respecting what is established by current legislation, La Torre del Codina (from now on, also the Website) undertakes to adopt the necessary technical and organizational measures, according to the level of security appropriate to the risk of the data collected.
This privacy policy is adapted to current Spanish and European regulations regarding the protection of personal data on the internet. Specifically, it respects the following rules:
• Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (RGPD ).

In compliance with the provisions of the RGPD and the LOPD-GDD, we inform you that the personal data requested by La Torre del Codina, through the forms extended to your pages, will be incorporated and will be treated in our file in order to facilitate, speed up and fulfill the commitments established between the Torre del Codina and the User or the maintenance of the relationship established in the forms that the User fills out, or to attend to a request or query thereof. The processing of the User’s personal data will be subject to the following principles contained in article 5 of the RGPD and article 4 et seq. of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights:

• Principle of proactive responsibility: the data controller will be responsible for ensuring that the above principles are met.
The categories of data that are processed at La Torre del Codina are only identifying data. Under no circumstances are special categories of personal data treated within the meaning of Article 9 of the RGPD.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is consent. La Torre del Codina undertakes to request the express and verifiable consent of the User for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes.
The User will have the right to withdraw consent at any time. It will be as easy to withdraw consent as it is to give it. As a general rule, the withdrawal of consent will not condition the use of the Website.
